We meet the community where they are at, at their homes and in the neighborhood. We put boots on the ground to connect with stakeholders at hard-to-reach places and persuade them to take action in public affairs. We lead several successful campaigns to educate, engage, and empower the constituency. With our on-the-ground approach, we have the ability and experience to lead large-scale signature collection, GOTV Campaigns, surveying and gathering data, and other door-to-door campaigns.

We create successful committees, task forces, and other forms of power based leadership groups. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
WHAT OUTCOMES ARE YOU ENVISIONING FOR THE YOUTH IN OUR COMMUNITY?
We believe every youth, regardless of race, zip code, or gender identity should have the support system, resources, and opportunities to thrive. We helped establish the first Youth Development department in the City of Los Angeles to increase and improve collaboration between City departments, community-based organizations, and other agencies serving youth. We use an asset-based approach to make positive interventions in the lives of young people by offering opportunities and resources to improve their life outcomes.
URBANO REVITALIZATION AND RESILIENCE
INTERESTED IN OUR COMMUNITY-FOCUSED APPROACH TO PROMOTE RESILIENCE?
We foster safer, healthier communities through collaborative work with gang members and opportunity youth, using an asset-based approach. Operating in community hotspots and underserved areas entrenched in criminogenic conditions, we reject fear-based law enforcement tactics. Instead, we focus on addressing the core social determinants of health, co-creating improved environments. Advocating for a system rightsizing, we reinvest in neighborhoods impacted by gang violence, promoting resilience. Our vision is empowered Black and Brown neighborhoods where all individuals engage in transformative policies and programs, breaking free from hyper-policing and mass incarceration.
